View an invoice
- Open Billing → My Invoices in the client area.
- Select an invoice to check its details and status.
- For an unpaid invoice, confirm the currency and payment method. Do not pay an already settled invoice again; contact support if its status has not updated.
Currency conversions
New clients can select a currency during checkout. Existing accounts use their account currency. An advertised euro price may therefore become a USD amount using the site's rate. PayPal or your bank may then convert that amount to your funding currency using a different rate and possible fees.
Request a different currency
The cart's Request a currency change link opens the client area in a new tab. Contact billing there. A currency change is not automatic and must preserve historical invoices and services. Setup fees apply to dedicated servers when specified in their offer.
