Find a service
- Sign in to the RoxServers client area.
- Open Services → My Products & Services.
- Select the service to view its details and options. Compatible services provide an Open control panel button.
Forgotten password
Use Forgot password, check your inbox and spam folder, and open the reset link. Choose a unique password with at least 12 characters. Request a new link if the previous one expired. Never share a reset link.
Working with someone else
Give collaborators individual authorised access instead of sharing your password. Client area access and control panel access are managed separately. Ask support if the required security option is unavailable.
