By default the admin password is forced by the server command line.
To modify it, from the game server panel click on the "command line changer" icon then click on "new" to create a new command line. In the field "command line name" put for example "admin" (or whatever you want as name as long as you do not use spaces or special characters or accents) then check the box "-adminpassword" to activate it and fill the field with your new admin password.
Save by clicking "save", then click "back" to return to the command line selection screen and activate your new command line by clicking "select" in front of it.
Note that you can also create an "empty" command line (without selecting any box) which will allow you to modify the admin password in game using the following command:
/changepwd "old password" "new password"
so for example to set "roxservers" as your new admin password:
/changepwd admin123 roxservers
