Client area access does not automatically grant TCAdmin access. Configure appropriate permissions in each system and keep your own credentials private.

Client area

  1. Open your name menu, then User Management.
  2. Under Invite New User, enter the collaborator's email address.
  3. Select only the necessary permissions. Review service, support and billing access carefully.
  4. Send the invitation to the correct person and verify permissions afterwards. Remove access when no longer needed.

TCAdmin

From the account home, open Subusers and then New User when available. Restrict the sub-user to the necessary services and actions. Screens and permissions depend on account rights; contact support if the option is missing.

Good practice

Use one account per person. Someone configuring a game server may not need invoice access or permission to reinstall services. Check permissions with the collaborator and review them whenever your team changes.
