Currently to update your eco server please proceed as follows:
- from the control panel > file manager (or by FTP) delete the folder steamapps if it exists (if it is your first update it will be absent)
- from the control panel click on the run steam update button
- once the server is updated go to the control panel> config files and edit the file network.eco
- save it even if you do not change anything (because the steam update resets this file)
- restart the server
