When you subscribe to a service at RoxServers.com, renewal is not obligatory, of course, but it is offered to you automatically. It is up to you to pay the renewal invoice if you wish to keep your service active.
The renewal invoice is sent to you at least 10 days before due date (for monthly payments) and 30 days before due date for annual payments.
If you want to renew "automatically" 2 solutions are available to you:
The first is to pay by credit card using the stripe platform. The server will then be renewed until you send a cancellation request. You can also pay one of your invoices with paypal "subscribe" which will create an automatic sending of funds from your paypal account. Your service will then be automatically renewed until you stop sending automatic money from your paypal account.
The second solution is to credit your roxservers account with the "add funds" option available in your customer area. If the amount credited is equal to or greater than the amount of your next invoice then it will be automatically paid using your credit (unless you make a cancellation request for the service concerned).
If an invoice remains unpaid after due date, your service will be suspended the following day and then remain suspended for 20 days.
During these 20 days the payment of the invoice will lead to the automatic reactivation of your service. At the end of these 20 days the service will be deleted and not recoverable. The invoice will then be marked as canceled and you will no longer be able to pay it.
Please note that in some cases, such as for dedicated servers, the delays before deletion can be reduced to 3 or 4 days.
If you don't want to renew and if you don't want to receive reminders, just make a cancellation request.
